Location
Plexman Studio is close and convenient to downtown, the Gardiner Expressway, Don Valley Parkway, film studios, huge sound stages, lake marinas, TTC bus service, Toronto City Airport, diverse restaurants, and Toronto’s celebrated Beach strip and Leslieville neighbourhood.
TTC Pape 72 bus runs between Toronto’s financial district and Pape subway station, stopping in front of our studio at 11 Carlaw.

Sound
This studio is not sound-proof and may not be suitable for recording audio.
Payment
Full payment of the rental fee is required to place a booking.
Payment can be made when signing the online contract. We accept all major credit cards.
Extra charges may apply from damages to the unit, equipment, or for the disposal of garbage and clean-up.
Extra charges may apply when using hot lights.
Length of Use
Rental periods are pre-arranged with the studio manager. Time includes set-up and breakdown. Studio must be cleaned and vacated by the end of the rental period.
No prior drop-off and/or pick-up after completion of shoot, of equipment, props, catering dishes, etc. unless negotiated at time of rental contract. Additional fees may apply. Early or extended hours must be pre-arranged with the studio manager.
Cancellation Policy
48 hours or less – No refund
48 hours to 1 week – 50% of rental refunded
More than 1 week – Full refund
Liability
Renters are required to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI). Please inquire for more info.
